Silver Oak India Ltd. is based in Flat No. 102, right above the Bank of Baroda in the Vijay Nagar area. Most people know the spot because the bank stays busy all morning with folks coming and going. We have been in this specific flat for a while now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying heavy stuff, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Being in Vijay Nagar means there is always a lot of traffic nearby and finding a good parking spot can be a real headache sometimes, especially on Mondays. Inside the office, it is just a normal setup with desks and some chairs. We usually start the day early when the tea stall downstairs opens up. It gets a little noisy in the afternoons because of the main road, but that is just how things are in this part of town. Sometimes the bank customers wander up to our floor by mistake looking for a manager, and we have to point them back down. It’s a simple place. We handle our paperwork here and take calls throughout the day. The windows look out over the street, so you can see the local shops opening up. Most of the people working here live close by, so we know the local chai wallahs and the small grocery stores around the corner. It is a practical space for Silver Oak India Ltd. to operate from, nothing fancy or over the top. Just a regular office above a bank.
