Arihant Reality

Our shop is number 07 in the Ankur Avenue building, which is part of Scheme No. 54 over in Vijay Nagar. It’s a decent little spot in a part of town that’s always seeing new buildings go up. Arihant Reality is where we spend our time talking to people about property and land. The office isn't very big, so it gets crowded quickly if more than a couple of people visit at once. We have maps on the walls and folders stacked on the desks. Vijay Nagar is a popular area, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people just walking by and asking questions about what's available. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or fancy marketing brochures. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of water and talk about what the person is looking for. It's a very straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we are out of the office showing people around different sites, so the shop might be locked for an hour or two. We’ve been in Ankur Avenue for a while now and know most of the other shop owners nearby. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just know the local real estate scene and try to help people find a place that fits their needs. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of Scheme No. 54, helping neighbors find their next home.
