Basera Associates

Basera Associates is located in the Pandharinath Joshi Complex, right near the Pandharinath Marj. We’re in room 109. It’s a busy little area in the 452001 zip code of Indore. We spend our time helping people figure out their housing or property needs. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of phone calls, and quite a bit of walking around looking at different places across the city. Indore is growing so fast that it’s hard to keep track sometimes, but we do our best to stay informed. Our office is pretty modest. We have some chairs, a desk, and a lot of maps of the local area. We aren't the type of place with a fancy lobby or free coffee for everyone. We’re more about just getting to the point. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or want to sell something they own. It’s an important thing for them, so we try not to mess it up. There are days when the phones won't stop ringing and other days when it's quiet enough to actually organize the desk. We’ve been in this complex for a long while, so we know the neighbors and the rhythm of the street. It’s a local business through and through. We just like helping folks find a spot that fits what they need without a lot of the usual sales talk you get elsewhere. It’s just how we prefer to run things here.
