You can find us at No. 308 in the Akbar Ali Complex. It’s right near the Kanchan Tilak Hotel, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the building for the first time. Sanwalia Real Estate Developers is a small outfit. We don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. Our office is just a place where we sit down with people to look at maps and talk about land. Real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes, with all the paperwork and the legal bits, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not get too stressed. The office has a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. It’s usually pretty quiet until someone walks in with a question about a plot. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office might be empty for a few hours in the afternoon. We aren't big on sales pitches. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. The Akbar Ali Complex is a decent place to work from. It’s central enough that most people can get to us without too much trouble. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days and a kettle that always needs descaling. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We just try to be honest about what we have and keep our records as straight as possible.
