P. K. Bandhu

P. K. Bandhu is situated at 2 Joy Builder Colony, which is quite close to Charak Hospital and the Rani Sati Gate on Y. N. Road. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. We have a small office here where we handle all the administrative side of our building projects. We aren't a huge firm, just a local team that’s been around for a bit. We do a lot of work near Y. N. Road and the surrounding parts of town. Usually, you can find us either looking at a set of plans or out on a motorbike going to a site. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our signs on construction sites. We try to be practical about things. If a wall needs building or a floor needs laying, we just get it done. It’s not always glamorous and there is a lot of dust involved. We have a few regulars who stop by for tea and a chat about the local news. The office is a bit cluttered with samples of tiles and bricks. We like being near the hospital because it’s a good landmark for people who aren't from this side of town. It’s just us doing our daily work and trying to keep everything on track. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet for hours.
