Calista Properties

We set up Calista Properties right here in Indore, near the Khajrana Temple. If you live in this part of town, you know it’s a landmark everyone uses to find their way around. Our office is in Goyal Vihar, up on the fourth floor of the A block. It’s a decent spot. Most of our days are spent looking at maps, visiting sites, or just sitting at the desk going over property papers. Indore is growing so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. New buildings are going up everywhere you look. We aren't a massive agency with billboards and TV ads. It’s just a small team of us working out of this apartment-turned-office. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to people about what they are looking for. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We deal with different kinds of plots and houses around the city. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhoods change over the years. We’ve seen Goyal Vihar itself get much busier lately. We don't have a flashy reception area. It's more of a functional space where we can sit down and talk shop. People stop by after visiting the temple sometimes. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we know. There's no secret to it, just staying on top of the local listings and talking to neighbors. It's busy but rewarding work for our small team.
