Vertical Homes Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of the Akashdeep Complex, specifically in unit 206. We are right across the street from the Kinetic Showroom on Sapna Sangeeta Road. If you know that road, you know how busy it gets with all the shoppers and the traffic. The complex itself is an older building with a lot of different businesses inside, like travel agents and small shops. Our office is a simple room where we keep our computers and all the project folders. The lift in Akashdeep Complex can be a little slow and grumpy sometimes, so many of us just take the stairs to reach the second floor. From our window, you can see the constant stream of bikes and cars going past the showroom. It gets quite loud during the rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the buzz. We usually have some tea around eleven and talk about the progress on our current builds. Vertical Homes Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this Sapna Sangeeta spot for quite some time now. It’s a central location, so it’s easy for people to drop by, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare on the main road. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just a few maps of the city on the walls. It’s a practical space for us to manage our daily workload without any unnecessary fuss.
