Velours Nirman Private Limited

Velours Nirman Private Limited is based out of Indore, right in the BCM Heights building. You can find us at Scheme No. 54, in the units marked M/1 to M/3. It’s a busy part of the city, especially around PU-4. We are a construction company, but we don't act like those huge firms you see on TV. We’re mostly just a small group of people working out of these offices to keep our projects on track. We handle the planning, the sourcing of materials, and all the boring administrative stuff that keeps a building site running. Indore is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and coffee cups. We don't have a polished receptionist or a fancy waiting room. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We know the local area well and we work with a lot of the same people over and over. It’s about getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites. Some days are stressful when deliveries are late or the weather turns bad, but that’s just the way it goes. We stay focused on the work at hand and try to make sure everything stays on schedule. It's honest work and we like being part of the local building community here in Indore.
