V V INFRACON AND LAND DEVELOPERS LLP is located on the ground floor at OR 439 Indus Satellite Greens. We are in Indore, specifically the 452001 area. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without dealing with stairs or elevators. Indus Satellite Greens is a pretty big development, so we are right in the middle of the kind of land and infrastructure we deal with every day. The office isn't very large, but it fits us just fine. We have our maps laid out on the tables and a few computers for the technical side of things. It can get a bit noisy when the local traffic picks up, but that’s Indore for you. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just have good chairs and enough light to see what we are doing. Most days involve a lot of talk about land and how to develop it properly. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just get the work done. Living and working around 452001 means we see the city changing all the time. Our spot at OR 439 is just a basic home base for all the infrastructure projects we have going on. It’s a busy life, but we like it and we plan on staying here for a while.
