Urjaa Foods

Our little spot for Urjaa Foods is located at 102/75 in Madhuban Colony. It’s right off R.T.O. Road here in Indore. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty crowded with traffic, but we’ve made a home here. We focus on food, mostly stuff that people can eat every day. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. It gets pretty warm in there when the stoves are going, but that is just part of the job. We aren't a big factory or anything; it's more of a small team effort. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our afternoons making sure things are packed up. There is always a lot of cleaning to do, which isn't fun, but it has to happen. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food and try to keep everything fresh. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash out to the local market. It’s a bit chaotic but we enjoy the pace. The office part of the building is small and mostly filled with bags and containers. If you stop by, you'll probably see us in the middle of a mess of flour or spices. We just do our thing here in Indore and hope the day goes smoothly. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from early morning until late evening when the sun finally goes down.
