We are over at 27/1 Mahak Market in Talawali Chanda. It’s near the Panchwati Colony area in Indore. Odtin Food Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a mix of an office and a testing area. We work on things related to food, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about ingredients and how things are packaged. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to see how food gets from a farm to a store shelf. The market area can be pretty crowded, especially in the mornings when deliveries are coming in. Our space is usually filled with samples and various containers. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have a background in this kind of work. We started the company because we saw a lot of small food businesses struggling with the technical side of things. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated reports. We just talk to people about what they need and try to find a solution that works for their budget. Sometimes we try out new ideas in the back and they don't always work, but that's how you learn. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days looking at spreadsheets and sample batches. It’s a decent way to make a living here in Indore and the neighbors are mostly friendly.
