Supreme Food Products

We make our products at Survey No 364/2/1 in Udhyog Nagar. We’re tucked away in the Rakodiwala Parisar, which is part of the Musakhedi Palda area. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there’s always trucks moving in and out. Supreme Food Products is something we started because we wanted to do something of our own. The building is mostly taken up by the production area, with just a tiny corner for an office. It’s always warm in there because of the machinery running. You can usually smell whatever we’re making from the street outside. We have about ten people working with us now, mostly from the local neighborhood. We all wear aprons and hairnets, which isn't very stylish but it’s necessary. We don't have a big sales team. Most of our stuff goes to local distributors who have known us for years. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if there was a delay with the raw materials. It’s physical work, and we’re on our feet most of the day. We have our tea together in the small yard during the afternoon break. It’s not a glamorous life, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing the finished packages ready to go. We’ve had to learn everything the hard way, by trial and error. We’re just a small food business trying to do things right in a busy corner of Palda. It keeps us busy and we like it.
