SUPERLATIVE DEVCON LLP

We are set up on the ground floor of house number 211, right in Block A of Anoop Nagar. It’s a nice enough area in Indore, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in when they need something. SUPERLATIVE DEVCON LLP is what we call ourselves, but most people just know us by our names. We deal with property and development stuff. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep all our files and a couple of computers. It’s not one of those glass-walled offices you see in the movies. It’s more like a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so the office is often quiet during the day. When we are here, we are usually drinking coffee and trying to sort out the logistics for the next project. Anoop Nagar is a good spot because it’s central. We can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the afternoons. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that being honest with people is the only way to stay in business. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just show the work we've done and let people decide for themselves. It’s a practical way of doing things that works for us and the people we work for.
