Subdivo Specialties Centre Private Limited is based out of the Plangattu Buildings, specifically at OP12/34. We are located right at the Block Office Junction in Changankulangara. This is part of the Oachira post office area in Kollam, Kerala. It is a very local spot. You can see the daily life of the town right from our windows. The building is a standard one for this area. We have our office set up inside to manage our specialty services. It is mostly a lot of coordination and paperwork. We have been in this part of Kollam for some time now. The atmosphere is quite relaxed compared to the big cities. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick talk about what needs to be done. There isn't any corporate polish here. We use simple desks and old cupboards for our files. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. Being near the Block Office Junction means it is easy for people to find us. We don't spend time on big ads. We just focus on Subdivo and whatever the day brings.
