Sqft Design Build Private Limited

Our small office is located on the second floor at 157/A, over on Greater Brajeshwarikothari College Road. We’re in the Pipliyahana area, which is a pretty decent spot for a design and build business like ours. Usually, the place is full of sketches and material samples scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking about how to make spaces work better without overcomplicating things. It’s just a few of us here at Sqft Design Build, trying to get things right for the people who come to us. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy presentations. We mostly just sit down with a cup of tea and look at what needs doing. Some days are stressful when deadlines get close, but we manage to get through it. The location is convenient enough for us to get around the city. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Building stuff is messy and design takes time, so we just try to stay patient. It’s honest work and we like seeing a project go from a rough drawing to something real you can actually walk through. If you walk up to the second floor, you’ll probably hear us arguing over some measurement or other. That’s just how we work. It is not always perfect but we get the job done eventually.
