We are located over at Arazi No. 842/7, right by Gate No. 5 in Foolwariya. Sk Clinic Of Real Estate & Construction Private Limited is what we call the business, but mostly it's just a few of us handling land stuff and some building projects when they come up. It's a bit of a dusty area sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking at plots and figuring out where things can go. Foolwariya is changing a lot, so there's always something to look at or a fence to put up. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, you’ll find us drinking tea and looking over some maps or papers at the desk. The name "Clinic" sounds a bit formal, but we just use it because we try to fix problems people have with their property or when they want to build something small. Sometimes we are out in the field all day and the office is empty. Dealing with real estate is mostly about knowing who owns what and where the boundaries are. We've been here for a bit and people know where to find us if they need help with a wall or a piece of land. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out, but it’s what we do. We just keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the paperwork if we can help it.
