Shubh-Shanti Realbuild Private Limited

We are located over at Bcm Heights in Scheme Number 54. It’s a busy area, but our office at M/1 through M/3 keeps us right in the middle of things. Shubh-Shanti Realbuild Private Limited is basically just us working on local construction and property stuff. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The elevators in the building can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a pain when we’re in a hurry. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure things get built the way they’re supposed to. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we try to stay on top of it. People stop by often to ask about various plots or how a certain project is coming along. We don't really do the whole fancy sales pitch thing. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves. The traffic around PU-4 can be pretty heavy in the evenings, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. It's a lot of back and forth between the office and the building sites. We just want to do a decent job and keep things moving. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but that is part of working in the city.
