Our setup is in Room 301 of Balaji Palace, located in Alok Nagar. It’s an apartment-style building, so it doesn't look like a big food factory from the outside. We’ve been operating from here for a bit now. We handle food products, so there’s usually a lot of weighing and sealing going on. It’s a small space, and we have to be careful with how we stack things so we don't run out of room. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don’t have a big corporate board or fancy meetings. We just talk over what needs to be done while we’re working. Alok Nagar is a decent area, mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which makes moving stock a bit of a pain, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. Our labels are simple and we don't spend money on big ads. People buy our stuff because they know it’s decent. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a lot of time for writing long stories about ourselves. We’re usually too busy checking the inventory or cleaning up. That’s the reality of a small food business like ours. Being in Balaji Palace is convenient because it's right in Alok Nagar.
