Shree Tirumala Balaji Infra Projects Llp operates out of Flat 302 in the Arpan Apartment building. We’re located at 35 Saket Nagar. It’s a residential building, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, which is good for when we need to focus on the numbers. We’ve turned one of the rooms into a workspace with a few tables and computers. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s enough for what we do. Saket Nagar is a decent area with plenty of trees around. We often have people coming in to talk about new projects or to drop off supplies. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs to the third floor. It keeps us fit, I suppose. We handle different kinds of infrastructure work. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and various project sites. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around the main table drinking tea and talking about the day's tasks. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. We don't like to overcomplicate things. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living. We do what we can.
