We’re a smaller team that likes to stay involved in every detail. Being in Indore, we see a lot of change happening in the streets around us. We try to contribute to that growth in our own small way. Our workspace is pretty basic—just some computers, a lot of folders, and a printer that occasionally jams. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy stuff for us. We just tell people what we do and where we are. We value getting things finished on time and making sure the costs don't spiral out of control. It’s about being practical and staying organized. We have been in South Tukoganj for a while now and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We just keep working away at our projects and dealing with the everyday problems that come up.
