Shivay Realcon Private Limited is a small company based in Hatod. Our office is located at 1011 in the Harijan Mohalla area. Hatod is a bit away from the main rush of Indore, which we actually quite like. It has a different feel to it. Most of us here have lived in this part of Madhya Pradesh for a long time. We handle different kinds of real estate work and building projects. It is not a complicated business, but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons dealing with the paperwork that always seems to pile up. There are only a few of us, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be talking to a contractor and the next you are helping move some supplies. We do not have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We believe in just being honest about what can be done and how long it will take. Sometimes there are delays, that is just life in construction. We try to be fair and keep things moving. The office in Harijan Mohalla is where we meet to drink tea and plan out the week. It is a practical setup. We have seen Hatod change over the years, and we are glad to be a small part of how it is growing now. Just local people doing local work.
