You can find us at 201, Horizon Resi, which is located in the 11/5 South Tukoganj area of Indore. It is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. Shambhavi Devcon LLP isn’t some giant company with a glass building. We have a modest office space where we manage our construction and development work. Most of our day is spent away from the desk anyway. We are usually out at different sites across Indore, checking on the progress of various buildings and making sure the labor is doing what they are supposed to do. The traffic in South Tukoganj can be a real headache sometimes, so getting from the office to the sites takes longer than we’d like. We handle a lot of the paperwork and planning right here, though. There is always a lot to keep track of, like permits and material deliveries. We have a handful of staff members who have been with us for years, and we all just pitch in where needed. It’s not a flashy environment. There are usually blueprints spread out over the tables and the smell of coffee in the air. We just take one project at a time and try to see it through to the end without too much fuss. It's just how we operate, focusing on the actual building work rather than trying to look bigger than we are.
