We are located at 1518, Dwarkapuri Colony in Indore. Shahaida Vikas Builders and Developers Private Limited isn't some new company that just showed up yesterday. We’ve been around this part of Indore for a good while now. Our office is right in the middle of the colony, which makes it easy for people to stop by and have a chat about what they need. Indore is a busy city, and Dwarkapuri has its own unique rhythm. We do a lot of residential work, mostly helping folks get their houses built or fixed up. The traffic around here can be a real headache when we are trying to get a cement mixer through the narrow lanes, but we usually find a way. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more important than we are. We're just builders. My brother and I started this because we knew how to work with our hands and there was plenty of work to be found in the city. We hire local guys who need the work and know the area well. The sun gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually start quite early to get the heavy lifting done before noon. Every building we finish feels like a real accomplishment for the whole team. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we did for their neighbor and asking us to do the same.
