We have been set up here at 23, Shreenath Residency for a bit now. It is right in the Bicholi Hapsi area, just off the Indorekanadia Road. Most days start pretty early because that is just how the food business goes. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we get things done. People often ask about the name Sevology Foods. It sounded right when we started, so we stuck with it. The work is mostly about getting the orders right and making sure everything is clean. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit noisy with all the traffic heading toward the main city, but inside we just focus on what we are doing. We have a small team here. Everyone knows their job. Some people have been here since the start and others are newer. It's not a complicated setup. We just handle the food products, pack them, and send them out. The weather in Indore can get really hot, so we try to do the heavy work in the mornings when it’s cooler. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard from someone else. It's a quiet way to run a business but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward every day. It's not always perfect, but we try our best to stay consistent with our work and our routines.
