We are located in Scheme No. 78 in Indore, specifically at 74/D/F/S-3. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the building, you’ll see us working. Semli Foods And Beverages Private Limited handles different kinds of food and drink products. Some days we are mixing juices and other days we are packing dry snacks. The kitchen is the heart of the place. It’s always got something simmering on the stove or someone chopping ingredients. We don't have a massive production line, so a lot of it is done by hand. We use measuring cups and big plastic bowls. The floor is usually a bit sticky by the afternoon, so we have to mop it twice a day. Our team consists of local people who live nearby. We take turns making lunch for everyone in the small back room. The 452001 area is quite busy, so we get a lot of delivery drivers coming by. Most of them are in a hurry and leave their engines running outside. We keep our supplies in a small storeroom in the back. Sometimes the labels don't stick right and we have to redo them manually. It can be frustrating, but we just keep going. We don't use fancy marketing. We just focus on getting the food ready and out the door. It’s a lot of long hours, but we are used to it by now. The work is steady and keeps us busy.
