Our office, Selmore Realbuild LLP, is up on the ninth floor of Airen Heights, specifically room 905. We are right across from the C21 Mall on AB Road here in Indore. It’s a good location because it’s easy for everyone to find. Even though we are in a taller building, we haven't lost our local way of doing things. We still keep a pretty simple office without too many distractions. Most of our work involves planning out new builds and making sure the legal side of things is sorted. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and regulations, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We don't have a receptionist to filter calls; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. We like it that way. It keeps us connected to what’s actually happening. AB Road is always packed with traffic, which reminds us how much the city is growing. We try to be a part of that growth in a sensible way. We don’t go for those big, flashy sales pitches you see on billboards. We just talk to people like normal humans. If you have a question about a project, we give you a straight answer. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We focus on the work.
