SDSEVA REALBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at house number 8/B in Hariom Nagar, which is right near the Dental College off Baily Road. It is a house owned by Mahesh Singh, and we have converted part of it into our base for SDSeva Realbuild. Being near Baily Road means we are right in the middle of all the Patna traffic and growth, which is good for a construction business like ours. We handle a lot of the planning and paperwork from here. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we actually prefer. You will usually find us sitting around a wooden table talking about the next site or looking at floor plans that are a bit dog-eared. We deal with real estate and building work, mostly focusing on residential stuff because that is what we know. It gets pretty hectic when we have multiple projects going at once. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Sometimes we have to wait on permits or wait for the rain to stop, which can be frustrating, but that is the reality of working in Patna. We keep things pretty simple and try to be honest with the people we work with. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We are usually in dusty boots or just casual clothes. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far in Hariom Nagar.
