Our office is up on the fourth floor of the City Centre building on M.G. Road. It’s room 403-A. Samarpan Engineering & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. M.G. Road is always crowded, so getting into the building can be a bit of a squeeze during lunch hours. We do a mix of engineering work and some marketing on the side. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't one of those high-tech startups with bean bags. It is a traditional office where we get things done. We talk to clients, handle orders, and try to keep the engineering specs accurate. Sometimes the elevator in the City Centre is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our team isn't huge, but we know our stuff when it comes to the technical side of things. We've been at 570 M.G. Road long enough that the local tea stall guy knows our usual orders. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like the location because everything is close by. We don't put on a big show for anyone. We just come in, do the technical drawings or the marketing reports, and head home when the sun goes down. It works for us and keeps the business moving along year after year without much fuss.
