We started Saindane Construction Private Limited to handle building work around Airoli and the rest of Navi Mumbai. Our office is tucked away in Flat 102, Plot E-9, right in Sector 9 over in Dive. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical space where we manage our daily projects. Most of our days are spent out on sites, dealing with the actual bricks and mortar of construction. Being based in Thane, we know this area pretty well. People around here usually just drop by the flat when they need to talk about a project or check on some paperwork. We don't really go for big advertisements or flashy signs. The work we do keeps us busy enough as it is. Construction is messy and hard, but it's what we know how to do. We handle the scheduling, the materials, and making sure everything is standing the way it should be. Staying local in Airoli helps us get to sites quickly without getting stuck in too much traffic every single morning. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. Having the office so close to home makes it easier to keep an eye on things. We’ve been at this for a while now, just working through the usual challenges that come with building things in a crowded city like this one. It's not always perfect, but we get the walls up.
