S A N DEVCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are S A N DEVCON PRIVATE LIMITED, and we work out of a spot in Bada Bangarda, Indore. Our office is located at Plot N 2A, Scheme No. 151, in Sector B. We share the space with Mohanlal Lal Singh Rathore. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it suits us just fine. We focus on development projects and construction work around this part of Madhya Pradesh. Our day usually starts early with a lot of tea and a look at the project list. We aren't into big corporate speeches or fancy branding. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to manage a construction site. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the different plots we are working on. The roads in Bada Bangarda can be a bit rough sometimes, especially during the rains, but we’re used to it. We deal with the local contractors and the guys who bring in the sand and cement. It’s messy work, but someone has to do it. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just try to build things that will last and keep our heads down while we do it. The office is simple, with just enough room for our files and a couple of chairs. If you need to find us, we are usually there until the sun goes down or until the work is finished for the day.
