Rajesh Engineering Co.

Our shop is over at 6-A/A in the Industrial Estate at Pologround. If you know the area, it's pretty loud with all the other workshops around us. Rajesh Engineering Co. has been in this same spot for quite some time. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, and that's just how an engineering place looks. We spend most of our hours fixing machines or putting parts together. It’s greasy work, and our hands are rarely clean. My father started this, and now we just keep it going. We have some old lathes and a few newer tools that we finally saved up for last year. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we all just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the guys from the next unit over. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up, usually with a loud voice so they can be heard over the noise of the grinders. We don't really do advertisements. Most people just find us because they've heard we get the work done. It's a bit dusty in the corner where we keep the files, but the workbench is always ready. We just focus on the job at hand.
