You can find us on the second floor of the Vasundhara Complex, which is unit number six. We are located right near the New Siyaganj Patthar Godam Road, so the area is always full of heavy trucks and the sound of stone being moved around. It is a very dusty part of town because of all the construction materials nearby. Our office isn't a showroom; it’s more of a place where we keep our records and some of the smaller engineering parts. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow and steep. Inside, we have desks piled with catalogs and order forms. We spend a lot of our time talking to customers on the phone or meeting with people who need specific parts for their machines. It’s a functional space with old wooden cupboards and a small area for tea. We don’t have any fancy signs or decorations. We’ve been in this spot for years and the building has aged along with us. Most people come to us through word of mouth when they are looking for something specific that the bigger stores don't carry. It’s a quiet place compared to the chaos of the road outside, and we just focus on keeping track of our inventory and making sure the orders are processed correctly every day.
