Our office is a simple setup where we handle the building side of the business. We aren't some massive firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It's usually just us and maybe a couple of the site supervisors coming in to report on how things are going. Building things is complicated and there are always surprises, like a pipe that isn't where it should be or a delivery that's three days late. We just deal with those things as they come up. We spend a lot of our time on our phones or driving between different spots in the city. The office in Manikbag is where we do the planning and keep the records. It gets pretty loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how we work. We've lived in Indore for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and the people around here. We aren't looking to be the biggest company, we just want to stay busy and do decent work that lasts.
