Prateek Enterprises

Prateek Enterprises is located in Ug-7 of Raunak Tower. We are in the Khajrana area, which is quite close to Anand Bazar. It’s a busy part of town and there is always a lot of movement. Our office is on the upper ground floor. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with trade and small-scale distribution of goods. There’s a lot of noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for whoever drops by for a meeting. Sometimes the lift in the building is under repair, so we have to use the stairs, which is okay since we are on the upper ground level. We started this place because we wanted to be in a central location where people could find us easily. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a large shipment of goods, as we don’t have a separate warehouse. We just stack the boxes neatly against the wall and work around them. It’s just me and two other staff members here most days. We drink a lot of chai and manage the orders that come in. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local enterprise trying to make things work. The building has many other offices, so we have made some good friends in the neighboring units. It’s a practical place to work, even if it gets a bit hectic.
