Our shop is found at 21/2 in the Choti Gwaltoli area. If you know where Sindh Dairy Farm is, we are located right across the street from them. It is a very busy little spot to work in. There is almost always the smell of fresh milk and cows coming from across the road, which is something you just get used to after working here for a few years. Our shop isn't very large at all, so we have to stack the auto parts quite high up on the shelves to make everything fit. Sometimes it takes a bit of a scramble to find the exact part a customer is asking for, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. The street outside stays crowded with motorbikes and people walking by all day long. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day with all the shouting and horns. We spend a lot of time just wiping dust off the boxes because the road outside is so active. It is a simple enough life running a parts shop. We open up early and we stay until the sun goes down. Most of our regulars are local mechanics who stop by to chat as much as they do to buy things. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright neon lights. It is just a regular shop with some grease on the floor and parts everywhere. We like being in Choti Gwaltoli because it is a real working place.
