Deviant Industries Private Limited is based out of the Malwa Mill area. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history. Working here is interesting because of the surroundings. We have our operations set up inside the Malwa Mill premises. It’s a big space which is good for what we do. The building shows its age but it’s sturdy. We’ve been here for some time now. The daily routine is pretty much the same. We get in, check the schedule, and start the industrial work. It’s not a shiny new office building. It’s a workspace that feels like it’s seen a lot of years. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. Being in Malwa Mill means we are close to other businesses too. Sometimes the logistics are a bit tricky because of the narrow roads around here but we make it work. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just focus on the industry tasks at hand. People who need us usually know exactly where the mill is. It’s a practical setup for a private limited company. We deal with the day-to-day issues as they come up. There’s always something that needs fixing or moving. It’s just regular industrial life in an old mill area. We keep things running and don't make a big fuss about it. We just show up and get the production moving every single morning.
