M/S Bajaj has been part of Indore for a long time. We aren't some massive corporate office with people in suits everywhere. We are just here in the city, doing our bit every single day. People in Indore know us by now. We handle a variety of tasks that come our way. It usually starts with a cup of tea and looking at what needs to be delivered or fixed before lunch. The streets here can be loud and dusty, but inside our space, we just focus on the work at hand. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs to get attention. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and where to find us in town. We’ve seen Indore change a lot over the years. New buildings are going up and there are way more cars on the road than there used to be. But our way of doing things stays the same. Simple, direct, and honest. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a part, we find it. It is a basic operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or a website guy. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs okay for our customers. We like being in this part of India. The food is good and the people are straightforward. That suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
