Our shop is over at 37C-38D on A.B. Road in Industrial Area-I. Shiva Automotive Gears Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our time making gears for all sorts of vehicles. It’s precise work, but the environment is still very much a workshop. You can hear the hum of the lathes and the clinking of metal all day long. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a group of folks who know how to cut teeth into metal. The location on A.B. Road is handy for getting parts in and out quickly. Inside, the shelves are lined with gears of all sizes, and there's always a thin layer of oil on the benches to keep things from rusting. We’ve had some long days here, especially when a machine breaks down and needs fixing. We do the repairs ourselves usually. It’s a practical way to live. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of what needs to be made by Friday. Sometimes we eat our lunch sitting on a crate near the door to get a bit of fresh air. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We've built a reputation around here just by being consistent and showing up every morning. If you come by, you’ll probably find us at the back, checking the measurements on a fresh batch. It's what we do, and we've been doing it a long time.
