We are based out of Plot No. 74 in the Jhunjhunwala Garden area of Ashok Nagar. It is a nice part of town, and having the garden nearby makes the air feel a bit fresher than the main roads. Our office is more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We have shelves filled with technical manuals and site reports that have been piling up for years now. There is an old wooden clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly, which is the main sound you hear when we are all busy at our desks. We work on various infrastructure projects, so there are always stacks of iron rods or bags of gravel being discussed over the phone. We are not very good at keeping the place tidy, but we know exactly where every file is located when we need it. The staff is small, and we have all been working together for a long time, so we don't need many formal meetings. We just talk across the room or share ideas while we eat. We get a lot of people walking by who admire the plants we keep on the window sill. It is a simple life of managing projects and dealing with the usual delays that come with construction. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. It is a friendly place.
