Pallavi Foods Products

Our shop is over at Ug-17 in Rounak Tower. If you know the Baikunth Dham Colony, you know the area can get a bit crowded, especially with the Khajrana Road traffic right there. We spend most of our time in the back working with the products for Pallavi Foods Products. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the ingredients and making sure the packaging is closed up tight. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about where we stack the crates. It smells like spices most of the time, which we don't mind, though some visitors find it a bit strong. We aren't some big industrial factory. It’s just us doing the work every day. We usually start pretty early before the heat gets too bad. By mid-afternoon, the sun hits the front of the tower and it gets warm inside. We have a couple of fans that we keep running all day. Most of our regulars are local people who have been buying from us for a long time. They just pop in and we have a quick chat while they get what they need. We don't do any big marketing or have a polished website. We just rely on the work we do. It’s a simple setup, and we don't have any plans to change it into something corporate. We just keep the shelves stocked and the floors swept.
