We are located on the second floor of Satvik Ohm CHS, which is right in Sector 9 of New Panvel. Being near DAV school means we hear the bell ring every hour, and the streets get packed with buses in the afternoon. It is a bit of a maze getting into the building sometimes, especially with the extra construction happening on the next plot over. Inside our office, it is mostly shelves filled with old folders and some drafting tools we have had for many years. We do a lot of engineering work and site development, so there is always a layer of dust on the boots by the door. My partner and I share a big wooden table that we bought second-hand a while back. It has a few scratches on the top, but it does the job just fine for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site drawings under a desk lamp. It is not the kind of place with a big sign outside or a lobby. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw us working at a site nearby. The air conditioning works most of the time, but during the summer heat, we usually just open the windows and deal with the street noise. It is just us trying to make things work one project at a time. We don't have big meetings, just quick chats over tea about what needs fixing next.
