We are located over at 129 Indrapuri, Colony. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, though the neighborhood stays busy during the day. Neverna Developers Llp is basically just a few of us working on housing and land projects. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to contractors about schedules. It’s not always a smooth process because things change fast in development, but we manage. Some days are spent mostly on the phone, while others involve walking around sites and checking on progress. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we get our work done. If you're driving through Indrapuri, you’ve probably passed by us a few times. We try to be practical about how we handle projects. Mistakes happen sometimes, but we just fix them and keep moving forward. Dealing with permits and paperwork is a big chunk of the job, and it’s rarely exciting. But seeing a project actually start to look like something is why we stay at it. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now and know the local area well. There’s no point in overcomplicating things. We just do the work that needs doing every day. It's a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure everyone knows where they’re supposed to be. There is always a lot of coffee being drank here while we figure out the next steps for a site.
