NEU ESSEN DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is over at Door No. 17/539 in the PMS Arcade. We are based in Parambil P.O., which is up in the Marikunnu area of Kozhikode. It is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like because it is a little quieter for doing our daily work. Most of the time, we are busy figuring out where the next load of sand or cement is coming from. Developing land and building houses takes a lot of patience, especially around here where the terrain can be a bit tricky. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Kerala; we just want to do right by the projects we take on. Our office in the arcade is small but it serves its purpose for our morning meetings. We drink a lot of coffee and talk through the problems we find at the sites. Sometimes the rain slows us down for weeks at a time, and we just have to sit tight and wait it out. That is just part of living and working in Kozhikode. People around the 673012 area know us as just local guys who are into building. We do not use big words or make huge promises we cannot keep. We just look at the land, see what can be done, and try to make it happen. It is a lot of physical work and managing people, but we are used to it now. We just want to get the houses built.
