We are set up in Shop Number 522 at the Refeal Tower. The address is 8/2 Old Palasia. Nandshri Developers Private Limited is our little company. Old Palasia is a well-known part of town and being in Refeal Tower makes it easy for folks to find us. We are on the fifth floor in shop 522. It’s a decent space but we spend more time out at our project sites than we do sitting in those chairs. Developing property is a lot of back and forth with different people. One day you are talking to a plumber and the next you are looking at legal papers. It keeps you on your toes. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans. We just try to develop properties that people actually want to live or work in. Sometimes the costs of materials go up suddenly and we have to figure out how to keep things on budget. It’s a bit of a puzzle every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the state. We just want to do good work right here in our own area. Most of our staff have been with us for a while now and they know how we like things done. If you are around Old Palasia you should stop by and say hello. We usually have some tea going and we can talk about the neighborhood. It is a nice place to be.
