Being an OPC means it’s mostly just a one-person thing with some help here and there. Indore is a great place to work because things are always changing and growing. Scheme 54 is a pretty nice area too. We handle a lot of the buildcon side of things. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on sites to make sure the materials showed up on time. Sometimes the trucks are late or the cement isn't the right mix but we deal with it as it comes. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a local office where we try to get things done right. The office in Shalimar Malwa is where all the planning happens. It’s a bit cramped with all the samples and books but it works for us. We like the fact that we can walk out and get a good snack nearby. People around here are friendly and they know we are just trying to make a living like everyone else. We don’t use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. We just do the work and hope people like the result. Building things is just what we do best here in Indore.
