Siyaganj is always loud, and being at Plot No. 13/2 puts us right in the middle of it. Our place in Shri Shiv Shakti Chamber is usually filled with the sound of trucks from Malva Transport across the way. It’s a busy spot near the warehouse area where there's always someone loading or unloading something. We spend most of our mornings just clearing the space so we can move around. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’ve been too busy to get to it. We deal with whatever comes our way each day. Sometimes the traffic outside is so bad that the tea guy takes forever to reach us. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There’s no big hierarchy or anything like that. If something needs moving, we all help out. The fans hum all afternoon, trying to keep the heat away, but it doesn't always work. We keep our records in old ledgers and on a computer that’s seen better days. It gets the job done though. People stop by to chat or check on their stuff, and we always try to have a seat ready for them. It’s a practical way to run a business. There is not much more to it than that.
