Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough cement and bricks for the next stage of a project. Asanbani is a good place to work, though it can get pretty quiet. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors. We try to keep our prices fair because we know everyone around here. It’s not about being the most famous company in Jharkhand; it’s just about doing a decent day's work. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings to figure out who is going to which site. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple projects are happening at once, but we always figure it out. We aren't polished or corporate.
