We operate out of apartment 508 in Block B of the Karuna Sagar Apartment complex. It’s located on Kanadia Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch. Since we’re in a residential-style block, it’s a bit quieter than a main street office, but we still have plenty of work coming through the door. MLB Projects is mainly about getting the work done on the ground. We don't put up big signs or do much advertising; people mostly find us through word of mouth or by knowing where the office is. The space is filled with files and some old desks, nothing very fancy. We spend a lot of our time out on site anyway, so the office is more of a home base for the paperwork and the planning. Kanadia Road can get pretty crowded during rush hour, so we try to plan our site visits around that. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it suits us fine. There’s a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. We aren't big on corporate talk or long-winded presentations. If someone needs to know something about a project, we just tell them how it is. It's a straightforward way of working. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies arrived. It’s steady, honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here. We've even got a small kitchen where we make tea.
