MJN CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of 89 Kanya Kubj Nagar in Indore. Since it’s an OPC, it is a pretty small operation, which is exactly how I like it. I run things from here and spend most of my time coordinating with different crews. Kanya Kubj Nagar is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the main city center, but still busy enough that there’s always something going on. The office is really just a place to keep the tools and the paperwork organized. I don't go in for any of that corporate talk or big promises. I just look at the job, see what’s needed, and get to work. Most days involve a lot of running around, checking on deliveries, and making sure the labor is showing up on time. It can be stressful being the only one in charge of everything, but it also means I know exactly what is happening on every site. The neighbors are used to seeing trucks pulling up with supplies now and then. Indore is a fast-moving place, but I try to keep my work steady and reliable. I’ve been around this neighborhood for a while, and people know where to find me if they need something built or fixed. It’s just plain, honest work that keeps me moving from morning until late at night. There is always something new to learn on every site.
