MGH BUILDCON LLP

MGH BUILDCON LLP is located at 401 Panama Tower. Manorama Ganj is a busy part of Indore, and being on the fourth floor gives us a decent view of the 3/1 area below. You can hear the bikes and cars zooming past all day long. It is a pretty standard office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of files. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at the schedule for different sites. It can be a bit of a headache when the materials are late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that is just part of the buildcon life. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything. We just show up, look at what needs to be built, and try to get the guys moving. Indore is growing fast, and you can see new structures going up everywhere you look from our window. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects and the laborers. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is finishing up, but usually, we head out once the sun goes down. The elevator in Panama Tower can be a bit slow during the lunch rush, so we’ve learned to time our breaks. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep things on track in a very busy city. We try to keep things organized so the work doesn't stop, because once you lose a day, it is hard to get it back.
